The Bently Nevada 330102-00-40-10-01-05 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is a high-precision eddy-current displacement sensor designed for vibration and position monitoring in critical rotating machinery. It operates in accordance with API 670 standards, generating a voltage signal proportional to the distance between the probe tip and a conductive target surface. The probe features a 3/8-24 UNF threaded design with flexible stainless steel armor, providing strong mechanical protection for harsh industrial environments. It uses TipLoc and CableLoc technology (330 N pull strength) to ensure durable bonding between probe components and stable signal transmission, while maintaining backward compatibility with legacy 3300 series systems. The integrated gold-plated ClickLoc connector ensures secure, vibration-resistant connections, and optional FluidLoc protection prevents oil ingress or leakage in fluid-exposed installations.

The probe is designed for extreme operating conditions, with high mechanical robustness, corrosion resistance, and temperature tolerance down to very low environments. It is widely used in turbines, compressors, and other critical machinery where reliable non-contact measurement is required for safety and performance monitoring.
