PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The IC660BBA023 is a thermocouple manufactured by GE Fanuc. IC660BBA023 has a power supply

 voltage of 18-56 VDC at 9W, 10% max ripple. The IC660BBA023 consists of a thermocouple input block with 

three isolated pairs of inputs. The system is configured with transformers to isolate power and optical couplers for 

appropriate signal isolation.

Factoring in sizing as an industrial utilization enhancer, the IC660BBA023 thermocouple has dimensions of 8.83”

 (22.44 cm) x 3.50” (8.89 cm) x 3.94” (10.00 cm). Weighing in at just 4 lbs. (1.8 kg), the unit is compact and suitable

 for many appropriate industrial requirements. Installation is easily facilitated with minimal impact on the operating units.

The IC660BBA023 block to block isolation is 1500 V for one minute, while the group to group isolation is at 300V. 

The IC660BBA023 block power supply system is designed with a power supply dropout time of 10mS minimum. Power 

system design facilitates the optimum power to weight ratio of the thermocouple, ensuring that operating power loads

 are kept to a minimum, while facilitating desired operating performance.

 to +150 mV. Internal cold junction measurements of the IC660BBA023 facilitate an operating range of 0-60 C, while

 external cold junction measurement facilitates an operating range of -25.0C to +150.0C.

The IC660BBA023 input update time is a maximum of 3.0 seconds. System diagnostic configurations include Open Wire

, Over Range, Under Range, High Alarm, Low Alarm, and Internal Fault. The IC660BBA023 circuit diagnostics are 

executed automatically for any active circuits in the system under assessment. During installation and system start up, 

systems can be configured to detect each of the aforementioned conditions. To a main system computer, these default 

configurations can be turned on or off, but with the IC660BBA023 connected handheld monitor, all faults will be reported.

Inactive circuits will not be detected by the system.

The IC660BBA023 thermocouple can withstand storage temperatures of -40 C to 100C (-40F to +212F) and humidity 

of up to 95 non-condensing conditions. From a vibrational perspective, a rate of 5-10 HZ, 0.2” (5.08 mm) displacement,

10-200 Hz at 1 G vibration is allowed.
