Automation Direct has expanded the capabilities of the Productivity1000 Stackable Micro PLC with a range of new CPU options, power supplies, analog I/O modules, and specialty high-speed I/O modules, enhancing its versatility and performance.
The latest addition, the P1-550 CPU priced at $203.00, introduces a fifth communications port supporting remote I/O for up to 16 GS series VFDs and 4 ProtosX Modbus TCP field I/O couplers.
To support these advancements, the P1-02AC Universal Power Supply, available for $50.00, offers isolated, 26W power from a 100-240 VAC or 125VDC source, supporting up to 15 expansion I/O modules and accommodating up to 240 hardware I/O points. Alternatively, the P1-01DC power supply, providing 16W of power from a 12-24 VDC source, supports a CPU and up to 8 expansion modules.
New specialty modules include the P1-02HSC high-speed isolated sinking/sourcing input module, priced at $65.00, which accepts pulse/direction and quadrature signals up to 100kHz. The P1-04PWM Pulse Width Modulation module, available for $72.00, offers four channels of sinking or sourcing 0-20 kHz, 0-100% duty cycle outputs.
Analog I/O modules have also been enhanced, with options like the new 8-channel input/output modules and a 4-channel analog input module providing 16-bit resolution for mA and VDC signals, starting at $33.50. These modules support auto-discovery and feature QR codes for quick access to the latest specifications and wiring details.
With these additions, the Productivity1000 PLC continues to offer robust communication capabilities, user-friendly programming, integrated data storage, and a comprehensive lineup of discrete, analog, and specialty I/O modules, all in a compact form factor ideal for various industrial applications.
