The Bently Nevada 330881-28-00-061-03-02 is an integrated PROXPAC XL proximity transducer assembly that combines a 3300 XL 8 mm proximity probe, Proximitor sensor, and protective housing into a single compact unit. This all-in-one design eliminates the need for separate extension cables and external sensor enclosures, reducing installation complexity, commissioning time, and potential connection-related failure points. Designed for vibration, position, and shaft movement monitoring, it is widely used in critical rotating machinery such as turbines, compressors, pumps, and other industrial assets.
Built for harsh industrial environments, the 330881-28-00-061-03-02 features a rugged Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) housing reinforced with glass and conductive fibers, providing excellent resistance to corrosion, moisture, dust, and electrostatic buildup. Rated Type 4X and IP66, the assembly offers reliable protection in demanding outdoor and process environments. It delivers a 2 mm linear measurement range with a scale factor of 7.87 V/mm and supports field wiring distances of up to 305 meters. Additionally, the unit carries multiple international hazardous-area certifications, including ATEX, IECEx, and CSA approvals, allowing safe installation in Zone 0, Zone 1, and Class I Division 1 locations worldwide.
