3300 Monitoring System
Send the full nameplate, rack or system context, required quantity and destination. We will review the exact identity before quotation.
3300/55 provides two channels of continuous online machinery vibration monitoring from supported Velomitor, High Temperature Velomitor System or Velocity Seismoprobe inputs. The module conditions casing-velocity signals for display, alarm and recorder use in the 3300 rack.
3300/55 requires the transducer mounting point and frequency band to be chosen as part of the measurement design. Filter corner frequencies are jumper-programmed, and a poor sensor mount can reduce amplitude or create a signal that does not represent actual machine vibration.
Independent inputs support one or two documented velocity transducers.
Supported Velomitor, HTVS and Velocity Seismoprobe signals do not require a separate interface module.
High- and low-pass corner options can be changed with the manufacturer-defined jumper arrangement.
Casing protection is effective only when machine vibration reaches the sensor location with adequate amplitude and frequency response. Validate the mount and signal before relying on the alarm channels.

Use a rigid, documented sensor mount on a location that faithfully transmits machine vibration; confirm orientation and cable restraint before setting alarms.
Compare the buffered sensor signal with the configured filter band to distinguish a field-signal problem from a monitor or alarm-setting problem.
Only if the complete monitor input option supports the installed Velomitor, HTVS or Seismoprobe type. Match the transducer sensitivity, power and wiring before using the old alarm settings.
Inspect sensor mounting rigidity, orientation, cable restraint and the programmed high-/low-pass corners. A loose mount or wrong filter can attenuate the signal before it reaches the alarm logic.
Record the existing jumper map, transducer type, machine running-speed range and required measurement band. Change only the documented option and then compare the buffered signal before and after the adjustment.
Compare the two front buffered outputs, check sensor bias/power, wiring continuity and rear-module seating, and swap only a known-good field signal if the procedure allows. This separates a sensor loop fault from a monitor channel fault.
Use an available monitor position only after confirming the rear input/relay module, slot data map and firmware compatibility. Preserve the original channel wiring and alarm configuration during the move.
Provide the full catalog code, transducer family, measurement range, filter corners, recorder and relay options, approvals and clear front/rear labels. The base number alone does not define those selections.
