40113-02 is a connector protector for supported Bently Nevada proximity-probe and extension-cable connections. It adds environmental and mechanical protection around the completed ClickLoc joint in industrial machinery installations.
The protector works with a correctly assembled connection; it is not a substitute for a sound electrical joint. Using 40113-02 with the supported connector arrangement helps maintenance teams protect the connection while keeping the transducer path serviceable.

The protector is intended for a clean, dry, undamaged and fully engaged connector joint. Existing damage should be addressed before the protective parts are fitted.
