3300 Monitoring System
Send the full nameplate, rack or system context, required quantity and destination. We will review the exact identity before quotation.
3300/50 accepts two documented proximity-probe or magnetic-pickup signals and converts shaft events into a configured speed-related measurement. The full suffix distinguishes the dual-setpoint tachometer, zero-speed and rotor-acceleration versions.
3300/50 is intended for indication, annunciation and proportional recording within a 3300 monitoring rack. It is not a speed-control or overspeed-protection device, so projects requiring protective overspeed action must use manufacturer-specified protection hardware instead.
The monitor can work with documented proximity systems or magnetic pickups in the permitted function.
Numerator and denominator settings scale the sensed events to actual shaft speed.
The complete suffix selects dual-setpoint speed, zero-speed or rotor-acceleration operation.
The manufacturer states that the module lacks the protective redundancy and response required for overspeed protection or speed control. Use its alarms for indication/annunciation only and keep independent protective hardware in service.

Set sensor type, threshold, events-per-revolution ratio, full scale and the correct functional version before comparing indicated rpm with the machine control.
Treat Alert outputs and analog signals as indication/annunciation. Maintain an independent manufacturer-approved overspeed protection system where shutdown protection is required.
No. The manufacturer explicitly limits it from speed-control and overspeed-protection service. Keep or specify an independent protective system and use this monitor only for its documented indication, annunciation or recording role.
Check the events-per-revolution numerator and denominator, sensor threshold and target geometry before changing full scale. A correct signal with the wrong event ratio will produce a stable but incorrect speed.
The manufacturer does not recommend magnetic pickups for zero-speed monitoring. Use a documented proximity input and confirm target/gap performance at the lowest required speed.
Compare both buffered inputs, inspect probe gap or pickup clearance, cable shielding and threshold setting, and confirm the target produces clean events. Correct the input signal before altering alarm delays.
Identify whether the installed module outputs 4–20 mA, 0 to -10 Vdc or 1–5 Vdc, then match the recorder range and common. Prove the full-scale output against a known speed before returning it to service.
Include the complete suffix, dual-setpoint/zero-speed/acceleration function, transducer type, events per revolution, operating range, analog output and relay/approval requirements.
