3300/01 occupies the System Monitor position in an original 3300 rack and provides rack-wide functions such as power-up inhibit, alarm setpoint adjustment, system reset, OK-relay control and distribution of two Keyphasor signals.
3300/01 must be identified by its full suffix before replacement because the basic and serial-interface versions do not provide the same communication hardware. The installed rack backplane, power supply, Power Input Module and any external communication processor determine whether an offered unit belongs in the existing system.
One front-panel location supports reset, setpoint adjustment and system inhibit functions for the monitor rack.
The module receives and buffers two phase-reference inputs for use by the installed monitors and diagnostics.
